Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible orders if you receive a product with any of the following issues:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged item received
- Defective product
- Incorrect size received
- Missing item from order
If your order qualifies for an exchange, please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
To process your exchange quickly, please share:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Clear pictures of the product
- Reason for exchange
Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the next steps. Replacement dispatch times may vary depending on product availability. If the same item is out of stock, we may offer an alternative product or store credit where applicable.
Return Policy
We accept returns only in specific cases where the product delivered is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective
- Incorrect item sent by mistake
If you face any of these issues, contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel with complete details and product images.
After reviewing the request, we will inform you whether your return has been approved. If approved, instructions for returning the parcel will be shared.
Please note that returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color, or no longer needing the product may not be accepted.
Conditions for Exchange or Return
To qualify for an exchange or return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Free from perfume or stains
- With original tags, labels, and packaging (if applicable)
Products that do not meet these conditions may be declined after inspection.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or worn items
- Washed items
- Products without tags
- Products damaged after use
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
- Requests made after the allowed claim period
Refund Policy
Refunds may only be considered in approved return cases where an exchange or replacement is not possible. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and approval process.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refund methods will be discussed by our support team if applicable.
Delivery Charges
Please note the following regarding shipping charges:

- Additional shipping costs may be charged for re-delivery
- If the issue is caused by our error, we will review the case accordingly
